Located in the heart of the Great Lakes region of southeastern Canada, on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario, Toronto is the capital of the province of Ontario, Canada's business capital and the largest city. Grand old Union Station downtown is served by VIA Rail and GO Transit commuter trains. Canada-US Greyhound buses and US Amtrak connect US and Canada.
